Shipping cost
Normal we use the express services EMS to deliver your order straight to your door.
Shipping is Free to: Australia, Asia, New Zealand, Western Europe,Canada and USA. No additional handling costs will be charged:
The following destinations Will be charged for shipping fee 10--20USD:
Africa, South and Central America, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
    Upon shipment, you can login our shop by your Account then you will get your order progress status and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress or your order online at any time.

Delivery time
    As stated in our terms and conditions, processing takes 1-2 business days and delivery takes up to 4-7 business days.In total that is up to 5-10 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination. Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 2 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Exchanges policy
    All exchanges/returns must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. 
    In order to make an exchange, all products must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.
    Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.(If you really want to exchange, you need to pay extra handling fee $25)
    We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.

Returns Policy
1. we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition. I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.
2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subject to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. We don't cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we can‘t be responsible for lost shipments.
